Boomerang Support Services offer skill development support programs in house or in the community. These programs include cooking, baking, gardening, etc. We offer this by designing a suitable individual support program with our client that suits their needs.
We understand the developmental needs of our clients. Our goal is to support them in achieving those goals by providing a consistent learning plan following their support plan.
Boomerang Support Services provides support within your home to assist you with maintaining your house or garden and provide intervention based on your capabilities. For some people we will provide house cleaners to maintain your living environment and for others we offer assistance and education.
At Boomerang Support Services we have an experienced team of carers available to help you with personal care, showering, grooming and meals, prompting you with medication or helping you with bills and budgeting.
